AI Manager Lab

Designed

Two-day management lab for middle managers and team leads — the tier where adoption is won or lost. Covers: quality gates for AI-assisted work (supervising work you did not watch being made), workload rebalancing, holding the identity conversation ('is my job safe') without minimising or catastrophising, and running a team norms session. Sequencing rule: managers are always trained before their teams — a manager briefed after their people has lost authority over the change permanently.

Differentiators & buyers

1
Dual Fluency Model (10 domains: machine + human)
Machine fluency (mental models, delegation, description, tooling, workflow redesign) + human fluency (discernment, trust calibration, identity & change resilience, ethics, leading AI work). Neither half works alone — the market teaches only the machine half.

Notes

Sub-offering of the AI Fluency & Adoption Architecture. Modules: H-02 (+H-01, H-03, V-04). Strong standalone seller into orgs that already bought vendor tool training and saw a flat adoption curve.
